The construction at the SOL residences Saiyuan has reached one of our key milestone, which is the completion of the dry-process bored pile for both properties.
Fun facts; the dry-process bored pile is the most neighbourhood-friendly type of pile because of the reduced noise and vibration. In addition, it also does not affect the nearby structures and foundations.
We used CPAC concrete in all of our construction processes, including the structural works. For the piles and beams, we used CPAC 280 ksc (Kilogram Per Square Centimeter) strength, which is normally found in large-scale buildings such as hotels and multi-storey buildings. At SOL, we build the houses as if they’re our own, paying attention to every detail because we believe that building a house starts with building a strong and solid structure.
Moreover, every pile has gone through seismic strength testings conducted by Phan Engineering Co., Ltd., who oversees the certification of the standards and safety of our structures.
