Welcome to
SOL Saiyuan
The design of SOL Saiyuan is not limited to any particular style,
but it is a representation of a “crafted” work created with intention and attention to every square inch. It begins with understanding the true “persona” of the residents. The core concept of SOL Saiyuan stems from an urge to create a home that the creators themselves would want to live in, which resonates through the thoughtful material selections and considerate space planning.

Primary Manor &
Guest Quarters
SOL Saiyuan is comprised of two essential areas: the “Primary Manor” and the “Guest Quarters.” This is to provide privacy for both the homeowners and the visiting guests alike.
Through this segmented layout, the homeowners will be able to carry out their day without having to disturb their guests, whilst the visitors will be able to spend their time without having to intrude into the owner’s private spaces. Unlike typical pool villas, which often compel all members to gather in a single shared space, this design offers greater flexibility and privacy for everyone.
Another key characteristic of SOL Saiyuan is its accessibility to sunlight. The “Sun Deck” is specifically placed towards the back of the house, which is facing West, for scenic sunset viewings.
The design of the house integrates natural lighting into the living space through the use of open spaces and skylights, which allow the residents to experience sunlight throughout the entire day. This ensures that the warmth from the sun can be felt inside the house from sunrise till sunset.
